Administrator: Maggie Lewis

Maggie Lewis, Administrator, has a bachelor of science from Providence College in healthcare administration in 1987, and a master’s degree public Health Administration from Suffolk University in 1991. She has eighteen years experience working in healthcare. Licensed in both Vermont and New Hampshire. Prior work experience: Director of quality improvement/risk management, safety officer, staff development, and long term care administrator.
 

Director of Admissions: Audrey Kerin

Audrey Kerin helps expedite the admission and discharge process for patients and their families. She has 22 years of experience in nursing and holds an associates degree in nursing.
 

Director of Nursing: Melinda donLuekin, R.N

Melinda donLuekin, R.N. has an associate’s degree in nursing and fifteen years experience as a Director of Nursing. Mindy has experience in many areas of care such as, Director of staff development, hospital and long term care. Areas of special interest are working with patient s with Alzheimer’s disease.
 

Director of Rehabilitation: Karen Carboneau

Karen Carboneau holds a bachelor's degree in physical therapy. Karen graduated in 1989 from UVM. She has 18 years of experience in physical therapy, subacute and long term care and in acute care and outpatient settings.
