Our care approach is patient-centered and involves an integrated program of therapies that address the total well- being of our patients. For each resident, we create an individual care plan and assemble a care team that may include specialists from several areas. The goal is to design a course of treatment and therapy that best meets the needs of the resident.

We're Community-Friendly
At Springfield Health and Rehabilitation we are highly involved in our local community. We often host civic and community groups and our staff and residents actively support a wide variety of charity and fund-raising events, such the Alzheimer's Memory Walk, the Walk for the Cure and more.

Special Outings
We believe it is important for our residents to enjoy outings into the community for recreation, dining and shopping. Our schedule includes special trips to attractions like local parks, restaurants, band concerts and more. Our fully-equipped, wheelchair- accessible van makes these outings possible for many residents.
